Volta

Been here for almost two years now. The building has been sold like 3 times since I have been here. I read reviews often just to see other peoples experiences and I truly think it's dependent upon what building you're in. I'm in building 1000 and have never had issues with it being dirty (other than the elevator). Loud music here and there. no issues with peoples pets. Maintenance always responds to my request within 24-48 hours. They used to text when they were entering but they don't anymore. I appreciated the heads up vs the police banging or coming home knowing someone's been in.

Office staff is almost impossible to speak too. Text a problem is never answered and you can never reach someone on the phone. The halls and trash cans are always out despite rules and the handicap spots are full with non handicap plackets or plate vehicles. Once you sign your lease the staff does not care. They want the numbers. Staff turns over quite frequently and the property has been sold 2 or 3 times in the last 2 years

Everything has been great. Lisa in the leasing office is amazing and helps you every step of the way. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
