I am liking my new apartment at Voda very much. The layout and efficient use of space are great. The finishes are standard for apartments these days and adequate though not exactly 'luxury' for the price. The maintenance guys, particularly Thad, are fantastic. There were a few issues discovered after move in that were handled well and maintenence requests are responded to very quickly. The location is fantastic. Almost everything you could want in very easy distance. Disruption from foot traffic and businesses is nothing to worry about at all. Proximity to transit and parks is perfect.

Julie in the leasing office is very friendly, accommodating and has answered all my questions. She gave me a virtual and in person tour. If you're interested in living downtown Kirkland, I recommend checking out Voda.

Everything’s the cheapest available, except for your rent I like living here, but property management is so cheap it drags the place down. Area, neighbors, and most staff are great, though there's high turnover on leasing office staff. Local businesses nearby are excellent. But the building, and management's attitude to it? Corners cut everywhere. The trash chutes break constantly. Elevators are unreliable: if you are not prepared to take the stairs regularly, you should not live here.
