Maintenance barges in whenever they want, sometimes unannounced. They tried to charge for preexisting wall marks Edit: The time maintenance entered on their own, including into the bedroom, was to change air filters
this place sucked so much that as someone who has never written a google review before, i'm compelled to write to let people know how awful this place is to live in. the pipes in my closet burst sewage water everywhere and all over my clothes, i sent maintenance a picture of it and they denied that a leak ever happened. they charged me for things that i did NOT leave in my apartment by coming in a few hours before i was supposed to move out (i was still in the process of moving things) and claimed that i "left" these things there. $112!! none of those things were left there!
Very nice space to live. My parents and some of my roomates' parents have all said this is so much nicer than the first apartments they all got.
