Trio Newton

I had a wonderful experience at Trio Newton! After living here for three years, I am sad to leave this apartment and wonderful community. The location is fantastic, near everything you could want and need (public transportation, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants), the apartment unit itself is stunning (high ceilings, huge windows, great layout) and equipped with high end features, the community spaces are great (especially the fitness center and rooftop) and the team at Trio is always there to help.

My review highlights of my time leasing in Trio Newton from 11/25 to 5/26 is below. Rented: 1bd,1ba; apartments have oversized >7 ft windows, high ceilings and the following: -Updated quartz counters and quality appliances -Glass front updated showers. The side facing parking lot, even numbered apartments is quieter than the Washington St side that is closer to the commuter rail. So if you are a light sleeper, try to get the parking lot side.

Trio is a fantastic apartment complex. I love living here. The building is very well kept, most units are new with new appliances and the grounds are very clean. The Trio staff is excellent. They’re very helpful and address any issues quickly. I highly recommend living in Trio apartments.
