Great experience with this place. Loved all the staff and community
There are a few issues here, but the maintenance team is really responsive and helpful, and addresses whatever concerns are there, which makes it a well rounded experience.
After living here a few months some things are nice, some are annoying. Good stuff: maintenance is great and fast, they keep the pool and grills clean, and good location. Bad stuff: Making everyone take all patio furniture and plants inside for OVER A MONTH to repaint the exterior trim. Enforcing wristbands for pool guests (max 2 guests). Made me remove my balcony lights because they are too Christmas looking instead of bulby patio lights (they were just white lights).
