The Well

I just have to say I have been disappointed from the first day of moving in. When touring the apartment my roommate and I fell in love with the apartment we love the location and the layout and leasing office seemed friendly. When it came to move in day they were complete unprepared when we showed up and we had to COME BACK TWO times because they did not give proper information for the payment they accept so that prolonged our moving day by 2 HOURS! The pool is never open if it is open it stays that way for maybe a few days and they close it again.

I would give them more stars because overall it is a nice community and the apartments themselves are nice. However, one major issue is that residents are paying for amenities that are essentially unavailable, especially the pool. The pool has been closed for months. It reopened about a month ago, but only stayed open for 3 days before being shut down again. Management claimed that some kids left toys in the pool and that it now needed maintenance again, which honestly makes very little sense considering it had already been under maintenance for MONTHS before that.

Going on our second year here, it got worst every few months. You pay these ridiculous hidden fees. For what? The pool is always closed... Now the office is closed Sundays when it was open seven days a week, y'all charge like 15 bucks extra a month to use the gym, coffee machine, and pool.. but none of it almost never works. If everyone is laying 15 extra dollars for these so called perks. Why can't y'all hire more staff and stay open on Sundays? What are y'all doing with our extra money we are giving yal ? Like make it make sense... You are also required to use there ring cameras...
