Building looks nice, however... (1) The walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin. Be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing. (2) Construction job was subpar. There are leftover pencilings on the ceiling, uneven / cracked paint, and light switches that never seem to align as expected. Appliances are also average at best. (3) Parking spots are tiny, but it's better than nothing. Other than that, the building is clean and the tenants are nice.

Beautiful new apartment building in the heart of town. Management / staff have been great and made the move in process so easy!
