To start I have lived here for over 2.5 years now. In that 2.5 years the building has slowly started going down. First the good: The cleaning team are genuinely superb. The grills are spotless the trash is taken out often and every hallway or the upstairs is always clean. The actual apartments themselves are really good. If yours wasn’t affected by a flood you get hardwood floors, tiled showers all very nice. The appliances are quite good. Some of the staff especially the ones with more tenure are great. Magnolia is always helpful and nice. Now for why this is not a flowing 5 star review.
One of the most beautiful buildings I’ve ever seen. Stunning Seattle views, top of the line apartment finishes and a convenient downtown location!
