I resided there for a year, and it was an incredible experience. The amenities were fantastic, the neighbors were incredibly friendly, and there was a strong sense of community. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. After moving to Miami, I often find myself daydreaming about returning to live in The Mera. I miss you all dearly!

Took leasing office over a month to send lease documents despite reaching out several times for it to be sent over so I can sign. After multiple attempts I realized this is a reflection of their management and I did not feel comfortable with agreeing to pay them for 13 months, so I informed them I will not be moving forward and requested my deposit back. The request was denied despite their lack of communication. Reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau with proof of lack of communication. Mera rejected refund. Will be moving this case forward.
