The Marlette

Just some information I learned. So I guess I am getting old. I’m not quite sure how you can take something and say that you’re making it clear with one clear price and yet make it completely the opposite of what you’re saying it is. I made a phone call today. Spoke with a very nice young woman. I ask about The rentals. She asked if I was looking for a one bedroom or two bedroom and I said probably a one bedroom. She said it would be 1901. 00. I ask what utilities are included in that and she said that would be water, sewer And garbage.

Review for Ryan in Maintenance making the Marlette that much better. Called at 5pm, man's probably ready to be done for the day and he was at my door in five minutes. Taylor fielded my call and had Ryan dispatched like lives were on the line. Shoutout to her for taking our request so seriously. Our kitchen sink had fully detached from the counter because whoever installed it originally did a less than great job. Ryan took one look, got to work, and had it done fast like he’d done it a million times. And he didn't half-ass it either. Proper fix, not a "good enough for now" patch job.

Me and my girlfriend recently moved to NV from Maryland for my job. With the timeline being so tight, we leased a place across the street at Tanglewood village without being able to tour it. When we arrived in Carson City, we went straight to our apartment there. Our unit there, was not as advertised and was a place we could not live in. As a last ditch effort we went across the street to the Marlette. Alex gave us a tour same day and was amazing. She was very understanding and empathetic of our situation. We were able to approved quickly and moved in that same week.
