The Lodges at Fort Mill

I toured, applied, and got declined all back in April. Fair enough. I was then awaiting a refund check of about $700 and even updated a mailing address to ensure it got sent to me and still, nothing. I am highly disappointed with this entire process. We were led to believe we wohld qualify when we did apply but that not here nor there. I want my funds returned to me it has been 7 months and counting! Who is going to get this all resolved?

A nice place to live but they told us that there would be enforced parking back in March. Gave specific dates and everything and it never happened. Get home after a long day and at night and there's people who don't even live here parked in our spots so you have to walk from across the community. It's gotta so bad that we have to park on the streets and even then there's no parking and it feels illegal. Cars parked the wrong way etc. Got an electric car? Good luck finding an outlet. There's a walmart up the street with ev chargers. You're better off there. This is everyday. It's tiring.

Exceptional service throughout the entire leasing process from beginning to end. Marissa and Meisha were wonderful and super informative from the first day I toured throughout the entire process of applying and moving in. They were very responsive and never made me feel like I was bothering them with my 3000 questions. I really am blown away by the attention to detail in these units... I never thought an apartment would be so nice ... high end finishes and features you wouldn't expect. The community is quiet, but everyone is friendly and welcoming.
