I hope $300 was worth it 🤷♂️
Wanted to give special recognition to Adrian, the maintenance manager here! He’s honestly one of the best maintenance professionals I’ve ever interacted with. When our fridge kept failing, he made sure we got a brand‑new one. When our AC leaked after hours, he came the same evening. Even small things like a misaligned door were fixed right away. He always gives notice before entering and works around my schedule so I can be home, I really value that. He’s professional, kind, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to. The rest of the staff deserves credit as well.
Had a great experience with Alenor! She was really sweet, professional, and made everything go smoothly. You can tell she actually cares about helping people. Thank you for everything!
