So much negligence, it's not worth it... Employees can have tents in their yards, but other tenants can't... The heat is scorching, and I think it's only fair to put up some shade... There are too many broken faucets and the old showerhead... Rusty pipes with yellow water from the rust... I don't think it's fair... Too many cockroaches... Now the homeless are sleeping in the laundry room; it's no longer safe to wash clothes in the area
Prompt and excellent response to my maintenance request. I am loving this community so far!
Called @ 11:52 about being locked out of the laundry room & its 1:06 & they still have not opened the laundry room so I can get my stuff
