Very disappointed with management and not happy with how this has been handled. The EV charger has been unusable for about two months. I’ve contacted management multiple times, but there’s still no repair or clear timeline. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who relies on EV charging.

🚨 STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. 🚨 While I was out of town, my daughter was staying at my apartment with her 5-year-old twins. One of the twins locked the door and refused to open it, leaving my daughter and the other child locked outside. I called the after-hours maintenance number for help, and they refused to come unlock the door, claiming it wasn’t an emergency and that my daughter wasn’t on the lease. Excuse me?! I AM on the lease, and I was giving you VERBAL CONSENT to enter my apartment and help my daughter and my two 5-year-old grandchildren.

So far, everything has been great, and the staff has been very attentive and helpful. However, I do have one complaint that, in my opinion, deserves zero stars: the parking situation. Residents have to constantly keep track of which parking spaces are available. What makes it worse is that if you accidentally park in a space you’re not supposed to use, your vehicle can be towed without any warning, even during the night. I believe this is an issue that management needs to take much more responsibility for and find a clear solution for residents.
