The Farmstead at Delta Ridge

My daughter and I applied for an apartment on a Sunday. We were able to go into Farmstead and look at the apartment. Devyn, the manager on duty was absolutely amazing. We had left the facility, started to fill out the application and got a little confused. We contacted her at 4:00 PM, she invited us back into the office and helped us complete the entire application. Devyn had no problem not rushing us and helping us with the whole process. Thank you so much Devyn, you are absolutely amazing and Farmstead is such a beautiful place.

I love living at the farmstead. Tucked away next to a great walking park next to river is a plus. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Everyone here is kind and hardworking. I do love the stuff and all the smiles and sweet energy you receive in the office as well. Brianna has been with the farmstead since I have been here and she goes above and beyond in her job to take care of any issues I have ever had. She is very friendly, respectful and always cares about making the farmstead a nice place to live. Thank you so much!!

Brianna was super cool and made moving into the Farmstead a snap. She anticipated my need for a great covered parking spot which I'm thankful for basically everyday. All my interactions with the staff have been professional and courteous, maintenance is fast, and I appreciate the email blasts reminding residents of what they agreed to - the tone is nice.
