The Cypress Apartments

The move in process was fast, and easy. The staff helped tremendously.

My oven stopped working, it needed a new part per the maintenance man, he told me that as soon as he got the part he would fix it, and he did. So thankful for that, now its been an entire year that we been in this community and they have turned it around from many years before, I so love that everything is so close by, plus the girls in the office are very nice, and if you have any questions or maintenance issues they're very quick to answer or to fix things as quick as they can and in a timely manner. I am very glad we to moved to The Cypress Apts.

If I could give these people a zero star I would. And I don’t even live here. Every time my girlfriend calls about an issue with the apartment. The property manager is very rude. Not sure she even knows how to do her job without being snobby. Do better! I would not advise living here! They showed my girlfriend a renovated apartment when she came to view them and then after signing the lease they gave her an apartment that didn’t even look close. She got a violation for having an animal and doesn’t even have an animal.
