The Crest Pleasant Hill

I have had a great experience touring at The Crest Pleasant Hill. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, parks, and major freeways. The apartment homes are spacious, with large floor plans, plenty of natural light, and great amenities that make everyday living comfortable. The property offers features such as pools, a fitness center, and pet-friendly accommodations. What truly stands out is the friendly and responsive management and maintenance team. They are professional, attentive, and work hard to keep the community looking its best.

I made an appointment for a tour, but the guy showed up 35 to 40 minutes late. When I asked him why, he simply shrugged it off. Once we entered the rooms, they were so small that I wouldn’t even let my pets live there. I got claustrophobic because of how small and extremely overpriced they were. I highly recommend against it.

I recently had a tour of The Crest and it was a wonderful experience! Stephen and Rayna were super helpful in answering all my questions! I do plan on applying! The property is very nice!
