It's been an awesome experience living at The Charlie. The building is super clean, the community is great, and the gym is honestly what I'd design as my dream home gym. From our first tour through move-in and now as residents, the experience has been top-notch. A huge part of that is Hanna, the Community Manager. She's been an absolute rockstar -responsive, proactive, and someone who always follows through. It's rare to find someone who brings that level of professionalism and genuine care to their role, and it makes a real difference.
So I’ve been living at the Charlie for some time and the new maintenance worker Adrian has been killing it I’ve seen him up and down all day sanding &painting the building keeping it nice and sharp thank you ..
I really enjoy living here! Great location and the building is quiet and has a great view of the hills and Hollywood sign
