The Brynx

This might just be the best place to live in Boston for me. It is a quiet, clean, perfectly managed, modern, and peaceful place. A special thanks to Jessica and Nika—they are extremely attentive, solution-oriented, and most importantly, genuine. The location is very convenient for anyone working in Longwood, and the nearby Emerald Necklace is a wonderful green space for leisure time. I highly recommend anyone thinking about moving here not to hesitate at all.

I lived at the Brynx for 3 years during my PhD and it was the best place to live. I loved my apartment and my window had an amazing view! The building is very clean, safe, has great amenities, and is in a prime location close to Longwood and JP Pond. I will definitely be back if I ever have to move in Boston again. The rare maintenance issues I had were handled quickly and by a very competent and friendly maintenance team. Everyone who works there- the management office, maintenance team, and custodial stuff are very helpful and pleasant.

I cannot speak highly enough of the management team, maintenance staff, and overall quality of the building! The management team was fantastic, helping me seamlessly move my life from the south to the northeast and navigate the process of setting up everything I needed. Jessica and Nika are absolutely lovely! I had very few maintenance issues, and all were promptly handled by the most professional and knowledgeable staff. The building itself if gorgeous and worth every penny. I highly recommend and if I move back to MA, I'd definitely move back. xx
