AC unit has gone out multiple times each month; seems to be a unfixable issue with maintenance, used the emergency maintenance but takes hours to show up… If you offer a service it should be provided. Also friendly tip if you are answering the phones it should be obvious to be polite and be efficient instead of sounding absolutely miserable if you have to do your job.
Amazing luxury apartment community with top-notch amenities. The Austin is nestled in a quiet part of Opelika but seconds away from major employers, restaurants, and shopping centers. It is also convenient to commute to Auburn University, at only 12 minutes away. The units themselves are spacious with well styled bathrooms and kitchen. The balconies are massive and provide for ample, private outdoor living. I highly recommend The Austin for families, students, young professionals, and more. This is a great place to live!
I love living here! Everyone is incredibly helpful, and anytime I submit a work request, it's handled quickly and efficiently(Shoutout to the workers)! Dimi and Chase are always wonderful to work with and consistently go above and beyond for the tenants. I would highly recommend living here!
