The Apartments at Pointe28

Byron is amazing! He is not part of this review. We have been at pointe 28 since April. I was told prior to moving in that the Atlantic was were families were and that pointe 28 was smaller with adults only. That being said we love children heck we have our own however, we were excited by the prospects of being in an adults only complex. Two weeks ago a family moved above us. It has been pure hell the child runs, stomps and they do not guide him to not jump and make loud noises throughout the day and evening till he goes to bed.

Byron and Jared were fantastic! As out-of-state movers, we were able to tour the apartment online, and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move-in process. They were (and still are) always available to answer any questions we had (we have). The apartment is comfortable and exactly as described. Moving with Pointe28 was a great decision.

I’ve been here for a few months now. Place is kept super clean and love the mix of people and it’s quite here. Great location for walking and enjoying the outdoors
