Nice apartment in nice area of Seattle with shopping and groceries convenient location close to transportation and has parking if you need. I Liked the island kitchen counter tops and staff was enjoyable to Tour with.
Our move-in experience was awesome. Caden is truly the best and helped us find solutions for all our needs. Happy to be home at Summit!
My partner and I moved into our studio unit in 2024 when moving to Seattle. Our first year here did not start off too good and it just got worse the following year. • Constantly being woke up in the middle of the night from false fire alarms, sometimes more than once in one night and during the day. • We’ve had our packages stolen three times with no further investigation from either management or delivery drivers. • At times, random people were let into the building. Two occurrences of people banging on our door and catching people listening to others conversations in the halls.
