This place is always have homeless people walking around at night ,got my car broken into twice and security does nothing about it, & it looks like a gang hangout place ,And pool gets closed often for days during heat wave, post to be gated area but gates are broken and don't work most the time

Lived here for 6 years. In the beginning, it was good until they turned them into low-income housing. Everything went downhill. I felt like I lived in the projects from my family seeing a fistfight in the parking lot. My next-door neighbors had a domestic violence relationship where they would abuse each other every day and night, and I could hear it every night in my bedroom. They would make scenes in the hallway where he damaged the door where you could literally see the inside of their apartment. I reported it multiple times to the office and nothing was done.

my first apartment experience was disappointing- If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, this isn't it. Management does not care at all, unresolved issues, and parking is terrible.
