DO NOT MOVE HERE! They gave me the keys to a DIRTY apartment. Not even an attempt to clean it. Absolutely disgusting. Then they send in a cleaning lady who “cleaned” the entire appointment in 45 min. I haven’t even been able to unpack or live here. Keep in mind the unit was available for two weeks before I ever moved in. I tried calling corporate and it’s a call center. Run! UPDATE***** last pictures are after 2nd cleaning. Absolutely disgusting. Even put a sticky note for them to clean.
Friends apt was disgusting when she moved in! She was told that a large white scratch across our entire floor was just wear and tear. Nothing they could do. Then she was told that the bitten up blinds from the previous owner’s cat was not something they could fix either. The apartment was disgusting and full of dust and had burn marks on outlets. Beware of the so-called luxury apartment building. They will screw you and they will not call you back.
I've enjoyed working with the group over at CAM managing the property. From the tour, to the amenities and fantastic location. Great place to live.
