Had a great experience touring the property. Mckenzie was friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions clearly. She made the process easy and welcoming . I really appreciated her professionalism and would definitely recommend speaking with her if you’re considering the Nova !
Great place to live near campus.
signed my lease early because they said it would be cheaper now the rent is half of what ill be paying ($1239 a month) not worth that much money. i have asked several times and they will not lower it for me even though I have been living there for 3 years.
