Prairie Modern Apartments

The apartments are nice and maintenance people are great but the office people, specifically Wendy, is very rude and very unfriendly. I’ve had to go to the office multiple times since living here and it seems like she purposely doesn’t want to attend me. A simple request takes 5 days to get resolved.

The management is rude and isn't willing to communicate

I recently toured Prairie Modern, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. Nayive was my guide, and she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive throughout the tour. The quality of the finishings stood out immediately — everything felt thoughtfully selected and beautifully executed. The amenities were impressive, offering both comfort and convenience. Overall, the property left a great impression, and the location is ideal. Highly recommended.
