One City Block Apartments

Im changing my status on this, we went from a 5 to I wish I could be a 0. Im concern,literally my complaint,common terrace in this building, sigh. I've been complaining about how the grill doent work, feel stupid. The maintenance guy did come up..had no answers as to why its not working ok. Tried to go up last nIgjt and a few times after me trying to get help. literally a lock on the door!!!!!! You can't use your fab key, ok. Hmmmmm.... complained about my neighbor being loud, im a night shift worker. Great ,it does not justify someone to sound like their moving their furniture at 3 am or 6am.

The team here in Denver that manages this community is incredible. As with any new Home, Apartmemt Etc. There will be issues. How the issues are handled is what matters. These guys are exceptionally good at property management in every area. Steven the property manager is incredible. Lauren and Beto in leasing.. incredible. There onsite maintenance team.. incredible. This is without a doubt one of best apt communities in the city. Thank You Guys.

Amazing and Easy Process to Apply. Steven made finding and making a decision about an Apt easy and was very thoughtful about the whole process! Plus the Property is in a great location and amenities are great!
