Nob Hill Tower

I had a great experience living at Nob Hill Tower. Over 6 years! The staff is consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive whenever anything comes up. A special thank you to Margareth and Jose, who are absolutely amazing. They always go above and beyond, are welcoming, and genuinely care about the residents, which makes a huge difference. The building and its amenities are well maintained, and the facilities are excellent. You really can’t beat the location either, with easy access to everything the neighborhood has to offer.

If you email the leasing office, you’ll be taking to Ezra and AI bot. At first I was fine with this experience if the bot was able to actually answer my questions but when I simply asked about availability I received a generic response not actually answering my questions. On top of that, today I was supposed to tour an apartment and the leasing office didn’t pick up the phone, so I just wasted my time getting to the building and waking up early for no one to answer the phone.

I absolutely loved my apartment tour with Margareth! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and exciting. She answered all my questions thoroughly and truly went above and beyond. One of the best touring experiences I’ve had. Thank you, Margareth!
