Do not and I mean do not rent here. This place is absolutely ridiculous. When I lived here the water was literally off almost everyday every week and this went on for a full year and a half and I have friends who still live there and tell me the water shut offs are still happening which is not surprising because the maintenance team they have is horrible I don’t even think they are a real maintenance team because they don’t even know what they are doing. One resident told me they came and put 6 let me say that again they put 6 dehumidifiers in his apartner and told him to run them all night.
My experience has been great so for Tinithya has made this move for my daughter easy.
