Excellent staff well informed ! Great value!
Donna and Tiffany are wonderful caring people and very good at showing and leasing the apartments, but they also sit at the front line hearing complaints and taking messages for Greystar staff. Unfortunately, if you have issues and expect to hear from management, you will be greatly disappointed. My two year lease is coming to an end soon and due to the lack of response as well as cleaning and maintenance issues piling up but not attended to, I will be moving elsewhere. I don't understand why they don't have someone at least vacuum the air conditioned carpeted hallways.
New, clean, and professionally managed. Rules are strictly enforced. The maintenance crew is terrible. New maintenance crew doing much better.
