I would give 1000 stars if possible. So friendly, so helpful we love living here! Jose , Carlos and the team are great!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY!!! We moved into a brand-new Maymont home at Elyson/Millers at the end of May. Within 3 months, our A/C failed TWICE. The second outage left us without central A/C for 7 consecutive days, Aug. 29-Sept. 5, during the Texas summer. Our home reached 90°F. When it failed before the weekend, Maymont told me loss of A/C was NOT considered an emergency. Even worse was our community manager.
Updated Review After Nearly Five Months I’ve been living in this community for almost five months now, so I wanted to provide an updated review of my experience. Overall, the community is very clean, quiet, and peaceful. I absolutely love my unit and have not experienced any major issues with the property itself. My biggest concern, however, is the cost of utilities, specifically electricity. Residents are required to use TXU Energy and do not have the option to choose their own electricity provider.
