Meritage at Steiner Ranch

Great community walking distance to an excellent elementary school. Quiet and safe place for my family.

I'm giving it five stars because I absolutely love living here! It's in an amazing location across from Lake Travis. I love the fact that every unit has its own attached garage, and these apartments are very roomy in a quiet community. The gym is amazing, the views are breathtaking, and the new renovations exceeded our expectations. The staff is friendly and also very prompt at fixing issues. I've been living here for about 3 months now and I'm loving it. I highly recommend living here! **I will do a 6-month review update.**

I have been here less than 2 months, screw the view. THESE ARE NOT LUXURY APPARTMENTS, DO NOT BE FOOLED !! Upon arrival... ac broken, dryer broken, leak in kitchen sink, stove dangerously wobbly, paint and trash on floors, trash can had someone elses disgusting gunk in it, and dishwasher had previous residents dishes still in it. The office people are giving compensation (as they should for this absolutely disgusting treatment to new/future residents) but they should've done this before I moved in. Nothing was prepared. I wonder what other corners they cut while claiming to be luxury.
