Madrone Passive House

UPDATE 2/11/26 Cleaned up! Taken care of! Love to see the Madrone Passive House under new mgmt that takes care of their trash and neighborhood around them, a complete turn around! UPDATE 10/14/2025 Still a mess! Worst neighbors. Trash everywhere, glass broken all over the street, can’t walk our dogs without them getting glass in their paws. You took the neighborhood down a notch. UPDATE 8/5/2025: People moving in and out, leaving their trash all over the street for the crows and rats to come into the neighborhood. Madrone is an awful neighbor.

This is genuinely the WORST PLACE TO LIVE. I had no hot water for months during the winter; packages were stolen, and then I didn't receive mail for 2.5 months; they randomly charge me for something that is not on my lease agreement and they promise to remove it and never do; they never answer their emergency maintenance number; my door lock battery dies once a month and they never address the underlying issue; really terrible management - please do not live here!

Hello good evening the staff is amazing property manager is the sweetest and really dose all she can to get problems solved no issues there. The tenant's or neighbors are constantly stalking me and following even while am In my vehicle it's very creepy they even go down to not wanting to share same elevator with me which is ridiculous! Today was the last straw I had neighbors more then 1 follow me to local safe way and begin to stalk me in.
