I had a great experience living at Lynncora overall. The amenities were nice, and I really enjoyed my apartment. Unfortunately, my move-out experience was very stressful due to issues I had with the property manager, Adriana. However, after speaking with Kylie, everything changed. She listened to my concerns, was professional, helpful, and worked with me to get everything resolved. Thanks to her, all of my concerns were addressed, and the situation was taken care of. Kylie provided outstanding customer service, and I would rate her 10 out of 10.
Excellent service from Adriana, she is very kind, we had a problem with a package order and she helped us resolve the issue very quickly.
