Not bad for Section 8 housing!
Bad apartment. Look elsewhere.
These apartments are new and falling apart! Management is useless and the rest of the staff are are rude and disrespectful. Balconies are used as storage and so is the parking garage. Think about other options before moving here. There’s nothing luxury about Lucia at Aviara Apartments
