my actual stay here was fine. the reception staff are friendly and maintenance is friendly. However, take photos of EVERYTHING after you move in and before you move out. I'm being charged a lot for things I didn't damage and the communication process about it was moving very slowly. For a group that caters to college students, they have a stark lack of sympathy for their tenants and the financial situation they may be in, especially when met with ridiculous charges at move-out.

My son moved into an apartment here a year ago. The living room window was broken and covered with tape and plastic. We were told a work order was in and it would be fixed. A year later and it is still broken and taped up the same way. I’ve called, emailed, and texted numerous times. The complex is good otherwise. Location, layout of apartments, shuttle. But the lack of maintenance is super frustrating.

Update again: Literally the worst apartment in the entirety of Washington State. They sent me a photo "charging" me for a the smallest dust ball that was on the floor. They said "cleaning fee" and charged absurd fees all around the apartment. I guess in order to not get charged, we all have to be professional cleaners. I say again to everybody who reads this, DO NOT rent a room here, it is not worth the slightly cheaper rent than other places. You will pay for it later.
