Staff is unprofessional and incompetent. Building is not regularly maintained, had to involve LAHD
I wish I could give 0 stars. Whatever you do, no matter how much you love the apartment and the pricing, DONT MOVE HERE. They will scam you on utilities, your AC will be broken every summer, your roof will leak, the elevators will be consistently out of order, and the leasing office and maintenance team will ignore your phone calls and emails. You will not be treated like a human and your problems will not be taken seriously. I have never had less respect for a property management team. Oh and they require 60 days notice before you move which is a nightmare. Everyone who lives here hates it.
