Nico and the Iris team have done an excellent job managing my Victoria condo. It was rented immediately, maintenance has been handled seamlessly, and communication is always prompt. Any issues have been resolved quickly with minimal input from me. I’m a happy client.
Hiring Angela at Iris Properties was the best thing I could have done to rent my condo. She was professional, thorough, and responsive throughout. After trying to rent my condo myself for 4 weeks, Angela had it tenanted in 4 days! My only regret is that I didn't connect with her sooner!
