Hawthorne at Brightwood Farm

Hawthorne’s management and leasing office staff is as always exceptional! The apartment was clean and in great repair when we moved in with stellar and modern appliances. Reasonable price as well for the area with a great community and amenities which are well maintained. The ONLY reason they lose a star is their above average electric car charging rates. They run $3/hr with an idle fee of $5/hr compared to approximately $1/hr with no idle fee at other apartment complexes I have been at/toured.

Moving from another state can be overwhelming, but Hanna was amazing. She answered all of my 1000 questions before applying. She recorded videos of the actual unit I would be staying in since I couldn't travel in time to view it. The process was quick and I was approved within 24hrs. After moving in she gave me a tour and helped me set up my access to all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's moving from out of town and would like a smooth transition. Also I'd like to add that maintenance is very kind and responsive as well!

Gary was swift and personable! The work was done timely and efficiently and he kept me laughing the whole time during his time completing my work orders.
