Honestly, I almost didn't apply here. When I was apartment hunting, I went through the Google reviews like most people do, and a couple of them mentioned maintenance requests not being handled on time and concerns about liquor bottles and vape paraphernalia found around the premises. That was enough to make me pause. But a friend encouraged me to just go take a look, and I'm really glad I did — because the reality was a complete 180 from what I had read. Carrie and Kashmala in the leasing office were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful from the very first interaction.

Not even moved in yet and already leaving a review — says a lot honestly. Been looking for a place for a few months now, checked out several apartments, and most of them felt like just another showing. Gas Light Village was different. The leasing team was just really easy to deal with — no pressure, took their time, answered everything I asked without making me feel like I was wasting their time. Even after the visit when I had more questions, they got back to me fast. That stuck with me. Walked around the property during the tour and it was well kept.
