Encore at Heritage

When we arrived at the office, Tori was standing right at the door ready for us, after a long exhausting journey, we felt so homey by seeing Tori’s friendly smile on her face, it actually supposed to be her lunch break time, Tori toured us with patience, gave us helpful advice, lent us her device to register, provided detailed explanations, we cannot appreciate enough Tori, thank her for the full support and diligent work on helping us moving in. Tori told me that she likes to do her job, and enjoys helping people out, no wonder we feel this comfortable working with her. Thank you Tori!

The maintenance crew were effective and very polite

I love my apartment and the maintenance guys. I’m disappointed in the dog park area. There’s been no water most of the summer. Rather than fix the spigot, someone removed the water bowl. There’s no shady area anywhere. The “playground” is nothing but a set of swings. No place for kids to really play. The landscaping is horrible. The turnover in the rental office is a problem. I moved here in January and we are waiting on our third office manager. The hallways are filthy. I pay $150 monthly in “fees” which do not include electricity.
