Eden at Kendall West

If I could give zero stars I would, but it won’t let me. This is the worst place to live at. The office personnel are the most unhelpful people as well as the front desk lady who answers the phone; she has no knowledge of anything- every question I have asked she would hand the phone to someone else and I’d have to relay the same information already said. They gave me the lowest security deposit back claiming damages that were already there when I moved in and I filled out a check list for the issues that were there from when I moved in. This place is disgusting.

I toured this facility and it has everything you need including a fenced in area for your dog. What really made the choose this facility was the leasing professional, Karina Santiago, she was gracious and knew the property so well and answered all of my questions in detail. Highly recommended.

Karina was amazing! She showed us two floor plans and the homes were stunning.
