Cottages at Dawsonville

I had such a good experience touring here. Brittany the community director was so welcoming and very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable the entire time without ever making me feel pressured like other places I’ve toured. The whole community is beautiful and inviting. My moving plans ended up changing so I’m no longer relocating to Nortb GA but if I were, this would definitely be my top choice!!

I began my inquiry and spoke with Nickalos and he was very customer friendly and answered a few questions I had. However, I have been working with Vivian who is amazing as well!!! This is a new neighborhood that is being built. I am super excited to move there. I love the fact that it's like 'resort living' - the amenities will be top notch as well as I am sure the management (on site) will be too. The units are beautiful both inside and outside. It seems to be a very walkable community too. I look for to bike riding around the complex.
