This is one of the best places to move especially if you're new to the area, The establishment is outstanding, The management team ,Alexander has a personality that is lively, loving and very loyal to his residents. 👏 👌 As it a pleasure to ɓe with the connections. Along with a welcoming family like environment, also kid friendly and pet friendly, This beautiful beloved home is a whole new blissful vibing place to live and be apart of. THANK YOU.

Update: no improvement on the package management front but in addition to this the lease renewal offer is ridiculous with a rent increase of 10% They charge $16/mo for a package concierge service and packages still get stolen. Have had 3 stolen already and the apartment has not offered any sort of refund for this concierge fee that isn’t really doing much. The manager made promises to look into camera footage and never provided a followup on it. Feels like a total ripoff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Alex and Daniel! One of my favorite about CoB is that the amenities are free to reserve! Only thing I wish is that the south building had a bigger garage and EV charging available. North building garage has a lot of spaces and EV charging though.
