I really enjoy living at Chorus and have had a great experience with the team. Since Taylor became manager a few months ago, I’ve noticed a real focus on listening to residents and resolving issues promptly. Paige in the leasing office has been very helpful with payment questions, window cleaning, and our lease renewal. Gabino at the front desk is friendly, responsive and helpful with building questions and requests. The maintenance team, led by Izzy, has also been great—quick to address issues and often resolve them in one visit.
It's great, few minor tweaks needed
The entrance to the garage needs to have Yellow hash marks out to the street so cars do not park there or ubers waiting and blocking the garage access. I have been delayed many times by cars parked there and are not in the vehicle . This is very frustrating.
