Attn: parents of incoming Texas state students. Do not rent from this place. Deceptive practices. My daughter went to check out of her room today. Although she had been corresponding and talking to them in person for the last few days, they told her she could check out today no problem. She goes to turn in her key around 1:30PM. And they told her it was due at 12 noon and they're going to charge her a whole additional month for rent. They said it was on the contract she signed a year ago.

I’m ecstatic that I’m finally moving out of this apartment complex! I moved in December 2025 and as of my lease ending now in July 2026, the property has had a consistent but major decline. The complex is filthy (meaning all communal/public spaces, not my unit specifically, although it was dirty upon move in). In recent months the property seems to be infested with roaches that crawl around in the elevators, parking garage, breezeway… everywhere. My window faces into the communal breezeway and I have seen roaches crawling on the outside of my window multiple times lol.

The only thing good about this place is the decent price and the utilities being included. Everything else is terrible after they changed management. The parking situation was already bad but 1 week into me paying $100/month for parking in their GATED garage my car got broken into but when I park in the surrounding streets my car is perfectly fine. The elevators break constantly as well as the office is rude at times (there is one nice girl there). Lastly, even though it’s not their fault there is not TXST shuttle that stops there so you will have to commute everyday via your own car.
