Cannondale Court Townhomes

We have been working with Nikolas since we decided to apply. Nicest guy ever, very informative. Very quick in response when we have questions or concerns. Very easy to work with. Moving in Very soon and I feel so much at ease knowing Nikolas is there to take care of things!!!!! Give him a raise!!!!!! Side note is important: we are moving from Arizona to Chattanooga, and Nikolas is very upstanding of what we need being so far away!!! Amazing!

I previously gave this apartment community a 5-star review because, at the time, I was genuinely happy living here. Unfortunately, things have changed significantly since Andrea left, and the quality of management and maintenance has gone downhill. These are supposed to be newer apartments, yet something seems to break every other week. I went almost two weeks without air conditioning while it was nearly 90°F inside my apartment. I had to ask to be placed in a hotel because the apartment was unlivable.

Gabe and Mikala made our process to move in super easy. Both very knowledgeable and excellent communicators.
