I spoke to Virginia today on the phone and she was amazing and super helpful. I was confused in some of the move out financials. She took the time to walk me through the whole process I was confused about. Shout out Virginia for making the interaction fantastic!
I normally don’t leave reviews, but after spending so much money on student housing, I feel like it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. When I toured Camber Villas, I was told I needed to sign a lease as soon as possible because the floor plan I wanted sold out quickly. I felt pressured to sign early, only to later find out my roommates were paying a lower monthly rate because the complex was struggling to fill units. Move-in day was disappointing.
