One of the absolute worst experiences I have every had the misfortune of going through when leasing an apartment, never any consistent time frames of when they reach out to you, YOU always have to go into their office but it will certainly almost never have someone in there even though they are open for business, you could talk to one person and seem to think that your issue is resolved but no you go in another day and it's a whole different person and they are acting like it's their first day on planet earth..
