The staff is completely unprofessional and the parking is a nightmare. Don’t live here. They have outrageous fees if you want to upgrade to a unit with an additional room. They put you on a 8 month wait list for a garage or covered parking spot. You have to hunt for parking every day and get car damage or tickets just to come home from work. I hated living here, there’s dog urine all over concrete hallways that you have to enter to arrive home. They never clean the exterior windows or entryways. For the cost to live here you should have parking and it should be clean to enter your home.

Not good. To start, if you plan on living here, good luck. The neighborhood is sketchy to say the least. There have been multiple attacks/shootings well within a mile radius of the place, including just down the street. sketchy people are constantly walking through the neighborhood checking if car doors are locked. Then there’s the amenities. The hot tub is constantly out of service and the pool and hot tub are always dirty. The gym was really the only decent thing they had to offer. When it came time to move out, I left my apartment in like new condition and had only lived there for 9 months.

Katelyn and Jimena are literally so amazing. Living here is nothing but a treat. Maintenance is always on top of everything. It’s very private and quiet. I would live here for the rest of my life if I could!
